Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ArtPhotos ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
The App provides photo editing, ticket and card template layout, export, and sharing features. Features may be added, adjusted, or discontinued with version updates. Some advanced templates, export options, or other capabilities may be offered through in-app purchases (such as Pro), as shown in the App.
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions (if any) in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Unless required by law, completed digital goods transactions may be non-refundable.
The App's name, interface, template designs, icons, text, software code, and related intellectual property belong to the developer or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your rights in your own photo content in exported works are unaffected; rights in templates and the software itself are not transferred by export.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you (if any) for a disputed feature is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that feature in the past twelve months; for free features, to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction; if you are in another jurisdiction, mandatory local laws may also apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published in the App and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
